All McLean County Area EMS System Members are required to attend 2008 SMO training.  If you missed the training, please select your level below and review the Presentation.  If you have questions about the presentation, please contact your Agency Training Officer.  Then, print the appropriate level of quiz.  After completing the quiz, please mail, fax, or drop it off at the EMS Office no later than Friday, May 23, 2008.  The mailing address and fax numbers are listed above.
